A beautiful mixture of all of the best fall spices come together for a comforting and healthy burst of flavor for cookies, quick breads, muffins, cereals, coffee, tea, and savory dishes too. If you are able, try to find Ceylon cinnamon, which has been shown to help balance blood sugars and decrease triglycerides.
