I don’t know about you, but I am always looking for tasty, no-oil salad dressings. My Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette is just that. It is quick to throw together with items you already have in your pantry.
The ingredients are simply balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, Italian seasoning, garlic, shoyu, water and black pepper.
Put all ingredients into a small jar with a lid and shake until combined.
Use on any fresh green salad for a delicious, herb and garlic infused flavor.

Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette
A quick, flavorful, no-oil Italian Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 3 T. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 T. Maple Syrup
- 1 T. Shoyu
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 T. Water
- 1/2 t. Italian herbs dried, crushed with your fingers
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a small jar with tight-fitting lid. Shake until well combined.
