  • milk frother, hand held milk frother, Mason jar

  • 1 C. Water, filtered
  • 1.5 t. Earl Grey loose leaf tea you could use 1 Earl Grey tea bag
  • 1/4 t. Lavender, dried flowers optional, but adds a really nice flavor
  • 1 t. Maple syrup optional, I use a slightly sweetened soy milk so don’t add additional sweetener but add as desired
  • 1/4 t. Vanilla extract or paste
  • 1/2 C. Soy milk, frothed and heated use any plant-milk you like

  • Heat the water to boil. Place loose leaf tea and lavender buds in a tea strainer.
  • Add hot water to your tea cup and steep for 4-5 minutes. Don’t steep too long, as it can make the tea bitter.
  • Heat and froth your milk of choice. I used the Miroco frother, but you can use a hand held frother or even a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Add sweetener if using and vanilla to tea and then milk on top.
