For Salad:

Green bell pepper
diced

large Mango
diced

Purple cabbage
chopped

Roasted peanuts
For Dressing:

Peanut butter

Lime juice

Instructions
Place all vegetables in a large salad bowl.
Whisk all dressing ingredients in a small bowl or glass jar.
Drizzle salad dressing over salad and sprinkle with peanuts.
