Ingredients
  

  • 3 T. Raw tahini
  • 3 T. Red wine vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • Filtered water
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 t. Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix tahini, red wine vinegar, and garlic.
  • Add a little water until you get a good consistency.
  • Mix in salt and pepper.
