Vanilla Matcha Green Tea Latte

A warm, healthy drink using matcha green tea and any type of plant-based milk.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 t. Matcha green tea
  • 1/2 t. Vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 c. Soy milk

Optional:

  • 1-2 t. Maple syrup
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon powder

Instructions
 

  • Heat water almost to boiling. Pour water in mug. Add matcha green tea and vanilla and whisk or use a frother to blend.
  • Heat soy milk just to slightly steaming and froth if desired. Add to green tea.
  • Add sweetener, if using and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
