Vegan Chocolate Amaretto Coffee Creamer

A creamy, chocolate almond flavored creamer made from ingredients you can feel good about to make your morning coffee a decadent treat.

  • 1/2 C. Water
  • 1/2 C. Coconut milk from a can mixed well
  • 1/2 C cashews raw
  • 3 T. Cacao powder
  • 2 T. Maple syrup
  • 1 t. Vanilla bean powder
  • 1/2 t. Almond extract
  • Pinch of salt


  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Begin on a low-speed until cashews begin to break down. Slowly increase speed until smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Store in a glass, air tight container in the fridge.


This creamer will thicken up after being in the refrigerator. Don’t worry! Just give a good shake to recombine and it will be perfect.
