Vanilla Matcha Green Tea Latte
A warm, healthy drink using matcha green tea and any type of plant-based milk.

- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 t. Matcha green tea
- 1/2 t. Vanilla bean paste
- 1/2 c. Soy milk
Optional:
- 1-2 t. Maple syrup
- Sprinkle of cinnamon powder
Heat water almost to boiling. Pour water in mug. Add matcha green tea and vanilla and whisk or use a frother to blend.
Heat soy milk just to slightly steaming and froth if desired. Add to green tea.
Add sweetener, if using and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
