Vegan Chocolate Amaretto Coffee Creamer
- 1/2 C. Water
- 1/2 C. Coconut milk from a can mixed well
- 1/2 C cashews raw
- 3 T. Cacao powder
- 2 T. Maple syrup
- 1 t. Vanilla bean powder
- 1/2 t. Almond extract
- Pinch of salt
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Begin on a low-speed until cashews begin to break down. Slowly increase speed until smooth and creamy consistency.
- Store in a glass, air tight container in the fridge.
