Creamy Red Wine Vinaigrette is a quick tangy salad dressing that is great on any chopped vegetables for a fresh, healthy meal or side.
In a small jar or bowl mix red wine vinegar, tahini, and garlic until combined.
Add a splash or two of water, a generous pinch of salt and black pepper.
Drizzle over fresh greens, beets, carrots, broccoli, beans, and pumpkin seeds or whatever salad sounds good to you. I like it on My Favorite Mediterranean Salad.
Creamy Red Wine Vinaigrette
A healthy, delicious dressing you can whip up in no time. Excellent on your favorite salad.
- 3 T. Raw tahini
- 3 T. Red wine vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- Filtered water
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 t. Freshly ground black pepper
- Mix tahini, red wine vinegar, and garlic.
- Add a little water until you get a good consistency.
- Mix in salt and pepper.

If you have any no-oil salad dressings please let me know. I used to think salad dressing without oil wouldn’t taste good but I was sure mistaken.
